Let us show you how we hand make each custom legging! Each legging goes through a long process before it arrives at your door.

 1. The design process. We can either do a full custom design or you can choose from one of our pre-designed templates. You will work one on one with our talented designers to come up with your perfect look.

 2. Cutting. Each custom legging is cut using our automatic cutter. This ensures that every legging is cut to perfection so the fit is never altered.

 3. Sublimation printing. Every legging is printed onto paper before the sublimation transfer takes place. Printing like this allows us to make small runs of custom leggings for your team.

 4. Sublimation transfer. This is where the magic happens! The ink from the paper evaporates and sublimates into the fabric.

 5. Sewing. Once the fabric has been sublimated, it is ready to be sewn. Every custom legging is hand sewn by our seamstresses.

 6. Quality inspection and shipping. Before your team leggings are shipped to you, we inspect every seam to look for any flaws. We ensure that the print is free from defects and matches your proof. Once the order has been counted and inspected, it is shipped!
