Q: What is Dye Sublimation?

A: Dye Sublimation is fabric imaging using specially formulated inks and large direct print processors that lay down reversed imagery onto our fabric materials.  


Q: Will the colors bleed or fade when I wash my new apparel?

A: No! Our dye sublimation process leaves your clothing designs looking sharp and will not bleed.


Q: Do I have to pay extra to customize colors or add my team name?

A: There are no hidden fees! The price you see online or in our catalogs includes customization! You can change the colors and add your team/studio/school name!


Q: Does the price include personal customization, such as adding individual names?

A: Some products online are shown with personalization (i.e. individual names on the back of apparel). These items already have the pricing adjusted to include personal customization. For all other pieces, if you would like to add personal names, there is an additional set up fee of $10. Please contact a Move U sales representative to assist you with customizing at 218-454-4483.


Q: There are products online that already have the personal customization on them, does this mean I have to add names or can I have them taken off?

A: For online orders, we have made it easy for you to personalize your items. If you would like to have the personalization feature taken off your items you can call to talk to one of our designers to have them removed at 218-454-4483.


Q: Can I make other custom changes other than what is shown online?

A: Of course! We want you to have the ultimate customizable experience, this means we are more than happy to work with you on whatever ideas you have in creating your stand out apparel. Call a Move U designer and let them know your vision at 218-454-4483.


Q: I would like to buy warm-up sets for my whole studio, is there a mass discount?

A: Every case is different, depending on how many items you are interested in ordering. Give us a call at 218-454-4483 and we would love to work out a deal for you!


Q: Do you offer special promotions or free shipping?

A: There is always free US ground shipping on orders over $150!


Q: When can I expect my new custom apparel after ordering?

A: Our production time varies depending on the time of year. Our summer orders are about 3-4 weeks and our winter (holiday season) orders are about 5-6 weeks. You can always call in to check the status of your order or inquire exact turn around times. Call us at 218-454-4483.

Q: Can I return my custom apparel?

A: No. We are unable to take returns because custom orders are unique and one of a kind. They are unable to be cancelled, returned or exchanged. Blank garments with no customization can be returned. For questions, please call 218-454-4483.


Q: All items say there is a minimum order of 12 items, what does this mean?

A: Each item has a minimum quantity order of 12. We do this for designing and production purposes, to ensure our time and efforts are being used efficiently.


Q: Does your custom apparel come in child sizes?

A: Yes! We have 4, 6, 6x7, 8, 10, 12 and 14 in children sizes in all dye-sublimated items. For screen print, foil print, embroidery, glitter print, or sequin print apparel please contact a sales representative at 218-454-4483.
